Executive Director

It is with great joy that I look forward to my new and exciting role as Executive Director of the Community Foundation for San Benito County. After a short absence, it is wonderful to be back and active in the community that I love so much. When I read that the primary mission of the community foundation is to facilitate local philanthropy and support community efforts to improve the quality of life in San Benito County, I knew this position was for me.
I am so fortunate to have a dedicated, passionate board of directors to support the work and mission of the foundation. Their dedication and planning have enabled the organization to move forward on its plans to grow the endowment and continue the grant programs in the community.
The foundation opened its first office in February right on main street. Please feel free to drop by, have a cup of coffee and learn more about the foundation, its endowment, donor advised funds and how the Foundation can help you and your philanthropy needs.

My job for the next few years is to simply be out in the community, talking to friends and letting people know that The Community Foundation is here to help them and the nonprofit community achieve what they feel is important.
