Applying for a Community Foundation Grant
Applying for a grant is a simple process which is completed in two phases. First, interested applicants must submit a Letter of Intent and second, if invited, they must submit a Grant Application. Both of these forms may be downloaded and printed below.
The Community Foundation is now accepting Letters of Intent. The Community Foundation Grants Committee will screen and fairly review all completed Letters of Intent and Grant Applications. Notification of Grant Awards will be in a timely manner following review of all Grant Applications. Grant Awards will be in proportion to the overall size of the applicant's annual budget as well as the number and size of other awards made and, of course, the amount of grant funding available.
The current grant cycle timeline is as follows:
- Letter of Intent deadline – 4pm, December 30, 2009
- Grant Application deadline – 4pm, April 30, 2010
- Grant Award Announcement – early June 2010
